Cels Forum

I hate to be a spoil sport, but isn't this a little bit off
topic?  I know it's skew to cels, as people probably collect
from their favorite films, but cels were not even 
mentioned (and probably are not the same set, as often our
favorites are fairly expensive (Ghibli) and/or hard to find
(Utena)).  Still, I think this subject is something that 
gets covered too often on r.a.a.m. and there's a reason I
do not read much of r.a.a.m.  So, I was wondering if this
was something that was really on topic for the cels forum.
Who knows, it might be handy for me to be corrected on this
in the future.
