He is back.  ^_^  If this is about a cel that you have ordered off 
off the page, all the cels where payment has been received have
currently been shipped out.  So if you haven't gotten a cel
please let me know as I usually ship them.  Even though the owner
is back he is still really busy with classes he is taking and work,
so if you have emailed him though the site ... give him a little 
time or if you like I can forward any questions on to him.
