Ooh, you are cruel.  ;)  But yes, I've searched through
the dealers' rooms of at least nine anime conventions 
looking for a cel similar to that one.  My dream cel
would be from that same sequence (the "Senakagoshi ni
Sentimental" video), but maybe with her eyes open.
The only Eve cel I've ever come across was from the concert
at the end of Part II. 

Well, let me know if you ever decide to sell it, unless
you plan to keep it around just to torture people.  ;)
