The most I've ever seen for a Hotaru
cel was $700 and that was for a cel
of her as a child and was also
very beautiful. And I know the original
owner paid under $100 for it in Japan.
So really, everything depends on how much
profit you are willing for the other
person to make from your money and as with
all collecting, just how much you really
want it. This probably doesn't help you
at all, but since all things are a matter
