The first time I ordered from them, we had alot of trouble
with communication.  They usually respond within a
couple of days to e-mails.  Once I sent the wire transfer,
it was pretty much smooth sailing from there.  I e-mailed 
them when I sent the transfer, about 1 1/2 weeks later,
they e-mailed me confirming the transfer.  They told me
that the bank mails confirmation to them so it takes a
couple extra days before they find out about the transfer.
They sent the cels out within the week and I received
them 2 - 3 days after they sent it.  They ship by EMS.  I
was very happy with my cels.  Hope that helps.
