In addition to Noriko's information, there was a lovely Emeraude cel for sale at Anime Shop POCKET (it appears to still be for sale). And yes, it's her in her child form. It doesn't appear to be exorbitant but I don't know what you consider a lot of money or not. Also, it means you'd have to pay by the ever daunting bank transfer.
