Well having just sold three Ifurita Cels I can give you an idea

The least impressive of the bunch I sold for $60 but I was told that I could have gotten $130 for that one.

The second best went for $100 ... probably could have gotten more for that as well.

The very best of them sold for $200 ... and I had a second buyer willing to match the price if the first one backed out.

Ifurita seems hot but I'm also seeing a lot more cels of her these days.  House of Anime got a bunch in and anime Taro gets them every so often.

I suspect as they become less rare the prices will drop since all the collectors will have one or two in in their collection.  At least that's the way I've worked it and I've kept my favorite Ifurita cel   ^_^
