Hello!  I've bought some things from Pocket.  I don't 
believe that an electronic transfer is at all the same thing
as a bank draft, I think you should talk to your bank again.
When I got mine I didn't even approach the people at the 
cashiers' stations, because I was pretty sure it was more
complicated than that.  I talked to one of the representatives
that help you sent up accounts (y'know the ones at the desks?) 
and she did all the paperwork and set it up for me.  The problem
I really had was getting Pocket to send the cels....  However,
once they did I was glad I'd bought them!  They are truly
gorgeous and it seems to me that the quality on their cels is
consistantly high.  So, persevere!  It'll probably be worth it!
