I just happened to know that POCKET will be updating new cels
around Aug 25th (might be before or after, I don't know).
I just think that I should make it a fair game to all of us.

Please help me out with this girl (This picture is linked to
Yann's Tenchi Muyo collection.  Thanks, Yann! '_').  Please 
someone tell me who she is, what kind of personality she has,
and from which OAV or movie is she in.  Was there a lot of her 
appearance?  Thanks!
