They are not released like Eva... or at least, they weren't
when I was in Japan 2 months ago. People are not even
supposed to have some...
_But_ one large anime shop (that isn't usualy selling cels)
in Tokyo had a very few ones (mine comes from there). I
think that they had them to do publicity for the Nadesico
movie...

I don't know if there is hand-painted reproduction of
Nadesico. At least, I never saw any... There is laser
copy cels (like the 12 from Eva).
