The 'additional info' section at the Internet Guide to Anime Cels is a great place to learn more about cels. Both terminology and care and feeding is covered there. Your question is a little too general to give you a good answer. If you can be more specific, I'm sure there are a lot of people who would help. (We all like to show off!) |
