Older Lodoss cels are difficult to find and like I said before, 
when you do find one, it's rediculously priced.
There is a new Lodoss Wars TV series that started this past
Summer in Japan and with the average number of episodes being
25, perhaps when they release the cels to the general public
you might be able to actually get some at reasonable prices.
But then again, Fushigi Yuugi is barely 3 years old and they 
are still making OAVs and the prices on some shot up to the 
over $100 mark very quickly.  
My suggestion is hang tight and keep your eyes open, you might 
get lucky and save a bundle of money...
