Here is my take on the whole thing.

Have any of you noticed how much original production cels of 
American shows go for?  Cels from Batman and Superman fetch anywhere from 
$300.00 - $600.00!  Now, if you are a fan of Sailor Moon or any other
anime series and are not aware of the dealers and fans out on the net, I am 
sure paying $200.00 for a cel on EBAY does sound like a bargain.  Keep in mind too, 
Sailor Moon is HUGE in Canada and a lot of the club kids in the states are sporting 
Sailor Moon stuff.  Sailor Moon is getting huge and I wouldn't be surprised if some of the 
dealers start increasing their prices because of her popularity.  

Words of advice:
Sell When It's Hot!  Buy When It's Not! 
and get and EBAY account toot sweet!
