Anime Taro (http://www.anime-taro.com) has some Mahou
Tasukai Tai cels, email them for inquiry.  They used to
have some Lodoss War cels a few months ago too, not sure
they still have Deedlit or not.  Anime Wink also has some
Lodoss War cels.  Check here for his contact info:

On the other hand, you may want to wait for AIC to release
the Lodoss War TV cels later on.
