Did you try Anime Lane? Or just keep your eye peeled on yann's page ... right now Anime Lane {www.fuzz.net} Has a PrincessFireBall cel fo $35 or $25 cant remember also has a cel of ChibiChibi by herself for $35.
I just purchased cels from them and they are very quick in responding!! Hopefully this will be kinda helpful?
