The movies and OAVs are done by another studios, I believe most are done by MadHouse which they don't like to give out cels with backgrounds together. They may keep the backgrounds to re-use for some other shows, who knows... MadHouse did a lot of animes like Ninja Scroll, Wicked City, BioHunter...etc, and as you may know, you don't see these cels come with backgrounds as well. |
