I belive the best way to display them is to have them framed
with special coated for UV-protection glass.  There is some
info in the "Additional Info" links on Chad Kawakami's 
Internet Guide to Anime Cels.  Also, if you search for framing
or something like that in the Cels forum, you're likely to 
find a plethora of messages on the subject as this topic tends
to reappear often.  Lastly, you can always call a framing
store yourself, after all, they should be the experts ne?
