Um.....isn't it a bit early to be worried about the mail system
losing your cel?  I mean, if you ordered it a week an a half
ago, it still takes a couple of days for you to send your
money order, a couple days for that to get to the dealer, a 
couple days for him to process the order and then depending
on shipping, a couple days to a couple weeks for it to arrive.
This is especially so if the dealer is in a foreign country.
I know I've waited a lot longer than that for cels before.
Internet deals can be lengthy.  I'd wait atleast another couple
of weeks before declaring something is wrong.
