The cel image is at

It seems to be in the same drawing style as the first OAV,
but I've scoured every volume of both OAVs and can't find
this image in either of them.

It has what appears to be '/32' in the upper right corner;
unfortunately, I have no idea what the letters and numbers
that are commonly written on cels mean. Maybe someone can
enlighten me. :)

Can anyone tell me which volume/scene/OAV this cel is from?
