My question is were the cels from the Animated
OVAs Gowkaiser (Voltage Fighter) publically released?

I know that Ed Noonchester has a couple (yes he'll be
posting them sometime in the near future...), but I
haven't seen a lot of them other than that... so
were they released?  Or does any other cel dealer have
some?
