Konnichi wa! That's a very vague question. You should specify
which characters you are looking for. There are lots of Tenchi
Muyo OVA cels available-- it's just you need to search for
them since they're always mixed in with TV and movie cels.
Take a look at Anime Nation. They have lots of Tenchi Muyo
anime cels. And some of them are OVA cels. Take a look at
all the cel dealers listed on the cels guide, and look under
each dealer's selection of Tenchi Muyo cels. You'll find
quite a few. Although OVA cels are starting to become
harder to find now...

I think Yann has a number of Tenchi cels... He surely has a
