If the topic was ever brought up when I'm
talking to a cel dealer and I take the time
to mention some of the cels I look for, 
they usually take the time to get them for
me. Several cel dealers that I've left my
list with have found some cels for me, 
especially cel dealers I've dealt with 
many times, because they can trust that after
they went through the effort to find the cels,
I'd buy em ^_^
