I know this is a long shot and isn't directly related to cels
but maybe you know the answer. Ken Ishii, a techno artist
from Japan, has a disc called Jelly Tones. The liner notes 
have images from an unidentified anime. Does anyone know what
it is? It looks really cool and I would like to find out if
it is available anywhere (the anime that is.). I don't have
a scanner so I can't send any pictures. I'm hoping someone 
has the disc or has seen it and knows what i'm talking about.
