With such an expensive hobby as this (which it can be), 
I would suggest not getting into it unless you find something
you just can't do without. It can cut a huge dent in your savings
once you start (because once you buy one cel, you usually 
end up thinking you could do with another, or maybe one of this
character, or hey this is a cool series too, etc, etc ...)
