Have dealt with Andy several times & have been happy with
transactions.  His compuserve mailbox was
full the last time I checked, and mail to him was being returned to sender.

I myself plan on just waiting a couple of days & trying again to email him.  I received an email from him last
Friday, so he's still out there.  I believe he is sometimes
unable to get to his email for several days running.
However, he has always gotten back to me eventually.
