Anime Shop Pocket is going to have a new posting on Feb 25. They usually have great cels and great prices. They also do by lottery rather than first come. You find a cel you like and send an email and all the people who want that cel are put into random selection to see who gets the cel. I /really/ like this way of doing it because it feels very fair to me. Of course, I would probably not have been able to get my prize Ifurita cel except that I happened to be the first one to see it. ^_^
