   Welcome to the exciting world of cel
collecting! I kinda think of it as collecting 
original art. Not sure what your budget is,
but if you really want the good cels.....
Well, then get ready to dish out some serious cash.
But then again, there are some kewl sites that
sell relatively great cels at reasonable prices.
but finding it and beating others to it won't be easy!
Don't don't let it get to you. Just have fun and love
