I think Yann was right is saying what they did was wrong
and also illegal in many countries, mine is no exception.
As for the language barrier stuff I think it is a lot of
crap, people can be abusive in any language, and quite often
are. I have known a lot of Jap people, and I have found
that they are no better or no worse than any others. But
like many non native English speaking people cry "Me no
understand" and "why everyone pick on me" when things
don't go their way.
