Wow, that's quite a sweeping statement!  I would not say that France is too 
dangerous to deal with.  The only person I've ever had trouble with (or I've 
heard people having trouble with) was Abdel.  The one time I was fast 
enough to get a cel from Fan-Animecells, the transaction went just fine and 
the cel arrived in great condition.  I have not worked with Atomic Club, but 
I remember someone said they were able to complete a successful 
transaction when they called them on the telephone.  Were you cheated/lied 
to by anyone (other than Abdel... let's not get into that again) or did the 
postal system lose your cels or money?
