Hello everybody, I'm kind of new to cel collecting, but
Ranma 1/2 is my favorite favorite anime.  I recently 
bought a cel from Anime Taro a few months ago under his
ranma section.  But I still have not been able to figure
out who the person is in this cel.  Anime Taro told me
that it's somebody's mom in Ranma 1/2, but he can not 
remember who.  I like this cel a lot and would really
appreciate if anybody could help me identify this cel.
