Cels Forum

I have a few (Well, o.k. a LOT!) of cels I need to matte and frame. I don't live near a professional frame shop, so I'm going to have to do it myself. I know I have to use archival/acid free everything, but how do I attach the cel to the matte? Does the cel need to be attached to the matte to keep it from sagging?  Any matting/framing tips for cels would be greatly appreciated.
