This may be a stupid question- how do cels get stuck to pencil
sketches? I mean they weren't stuck when the cel was filmed,
otherwise the pencil sketch would show in the scene, right?
I would guess the paint would be dry enough when the sketch
is put with the cel that it wouldn't stick. I'm kinda
wondering if a sketch could get stuck if it stored with a cel if
it wasn't stuck before.
