You don't see them often, but at least they aren't
very expensive. One dealer had 2 or 3, about half a year
ago, of Ran for about $15 each. I can't say that I've
seen many of Aira though. Usagi's House had one a while
back.
Celmates had a cel of Rally Vincent about a year ago.
But I don't think they've received any more in. (Of
course, they are a rather "inactive" cel dealer).
