This is a really long link but worth a look. There's some nice Akira cels on auction,
all the bids are under 50. Last lot that sold a week or two ago had some great character cels
and they all went at great prices, at least well below what they would sell for "retail".
There's also an impressive bike cel for a reasonable starting bid.
