You should purchase cels because you like them, not as
an investment. So, purchase cels from shows that you like.
Cel collecting is a hobby after all.

Due to the economic problems in Japan, companies are
making major cutbacks. (I think AIC chose to cut their cel
events for the same reason they cut their English webpage
and CD Database). Maybe when the economic outlook gets
better, well see those things return.
