I sent payment to him through US Postal Money order. Unfortunately the IPMO is of type 8, meaning you have to send payment to someplace I can't remember here in the US. The USPS will then send payment on to France. Safest method though, short of a wire transfer. Only problem is that it takes longer than Japan IPMO's (type 3). Josh |
