Hello,
I don't agree : What is usualy called "grade A" cels
depend nearly fully of technical and aesthetic criterion
that are more or less "standard". It has nothing to
do about someone liking or not the cel.
For example, a non-closeup is nearly never counted as
"grade A" because the character is too small. (except
if the cel is oversized).
So I fear that I must admit that there is even
"grade A" cels of Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball...
