I agree with Yann! Separating cels which are stuck to other cels 
is a very risky business. I have actually done it before, but only 
in cases where they were not badly stuck and I didn't care if I ruined
the top cel. (My favorite adult Shayla cel had some of her fire-magic 
overlaid on a top cel which in my mind distracted from the great portrait shot.)

I would recommend asking the cel professional you take the cel to for cleaning 
if they feel that it can be safely removed. Please let us know how it goes!
