After reading all these Pocket posts, I'm starting to get a little worried. Apparently, in order to increase the odds, a lot of you request 5x the actual number of cels you want. I also only wanted one Achika cel, but not knowing how the game was played, I only requested one Achika cel... Oh well. There is some hope in the form of a new message on Pocket's server that implies that the lottery is not entirely random. "Those who do not get any cels will have a greater chance of getting them next time..."
