Hello...
As a side note, in the past, cels would be given away within the 
studio to whomever wanted them. There are stories from Disney of 
someone walking around with a stack of Snow White cels, offering them 
to people who worked there. But hardly anyone wanted them!
I think there are, or at least were, similar things going on in anime.
