Somebody had Oh My Goddess cels for something like $1300 not
so long ago. They weren't very good cels either. Miyazaki 
cels are all really expensive, sometimes a few thousand dollars.
Any of the really popular anime titles are gonna be up there,
Akira, Ghost in the shell etc. Somebody on Ebay is currently
paying a lot of money for a really lame Ghost in the Shell.
Something is only worth what your willing to pay for it.
So if someone pays $1300 for an average Oh My Goddess cel,
than it must be worth it.....to them anyway.
