It's funny, a friend and I were just comparing cels the other
day when we noticed one of mine had a triangle around the number
as well.  The same question arose.  I agree with Steve though
that perhaps it's just creative circling, after all, Triangles
are very cool.  Anyway, perhaps it's a series/studio thing, I'd 
have to go back to find out exactly which cel it was...
