Sorry to burst your bubble "Ota-Fiend",but it is a known fact 
in the cel community that there are many cel dealers that have 
gone to Japan for the past couple of weeks. These are known 
dealers, such as Animanga, Usagi's House, Noonchester and Nichibei.
So of course they will all be offering their cels en masse.
