There is a korean studio as well as some people in USA
that worked for a studio that are doing those copies.

I know that they made copies of that picture and that
there isn't any official promotional edition of that
cel. Naturaly, it "could" be the original hanken
but I find it very unlikely with the number of those
copies we saw around recently. If it was the original,
it would be worth easly $2000 to $4000.
