Hi

No I don't beleive they were "officially" released.
I have heard that Gainax kept most of them and released only few to some of the staff that made it. I have heard rumors
of them releasing them, but gainax didn't say they ever planned to.
This is all info i have read so plz correct me if any of it is off.

I have had to come up with ways to deal with this truth.
Kind of an Evangelion fan's regretion. 
1. simply dream that they will be available at reasonable prices
one day *_*
2 or collect mech cels and sometimes if you look _just_ right
out of the corner of your eye you can imagine it is an Eva unit -_-;; I have an Orange Mech that kinda looks lke the
 first Unit 00 *_*;;
Pathetic, aren't I?
