Hi!
You're kidding, right? ^_^ The drawings for sale at Anime Taro 
are Genga, not Douga. Genga is the original animation drawing.
This is where the real art lies. Douga is usually traced or at least 
drawn over the Genga, so it is unoriginal to one degree. Cels are made 
from the Douga, so they are one  more step removed from the original art.
Now, mind you, I love cels because they are colorful and fun to collect, but 
any reasonably good cel artist could make any cel from a good drawing. But Genga is 
the actual animation art. It is what animators I know collect. ^_^
What I wouldn't give for Genga from any Miyazaki film!
