1. Post a "neutral" comment on ebay for this guy.  You can't
post a "negative" comment because he has no previous 
transaction history, but you're allowed to post "neutral"
comments and you may say anything in the neutral comment.

2. Send a letter to ebay indicating that if they let this
person go ahead with the sale, they are KNOWINGLY letting
a probable fraud occur.

3. Send email to the bidders explaining the situation.
