I agree entirely.
And if you were told it was an all night negotiation, then
I am quite sure it was cels being discussed, not money.
as for what you would expect to pay, that really depends on who owns
the cel :)! You would be lucky to find someone willing to
part with such a thing for money.
Like the person before me said, best to find things the
people in question want, and then bargain. Many times
people (off and on the net) don't buy very nice cels, they
trade for them.
