He doesn't tell you wheather he gets your payment or not,
he just ships cels out. I noticed a lot of dealers do that
and I am not please with this method at all. I know that some
dealers are going to tell me that they get a lot of orders
and don't have the capacity to email everyone. I really don't
buy that, as Animanga, Anime-cel and Anime-Taro among others
always take the time to email me when they receive my money and
they are the busiest dealers on the net!
Also, I think Fan-Anime sends the cels out via sea-mail
rather than air mail that's why they take 5 to 8 weeks to
arrive because there was no indication on the package that I
got that it went via air mail. This is the only explanation
I can come up with, because he doesn't answer emails when you
ask him a question. Might be a language barrier though. |
