I never said there was anything wrong with their promptness
in shipping, just that their customer service is very poor.
They have no courtesy what so ever; no please, no thank you,
no appology for taking their sweet time to answer emails,
nothing. And there is no language barrier here, so that excuse
won't work this time. I don't know where you guys are from,
but where I'm from, a teany tiny bit of common courtesy and
politeness is very important.
